This past August boasted more business aircraft activity than seen in seven years.
Business aviation activity across all types of aircraft increased more than 5 percent in August, according to a new report.
Argus International’s August TraqPak report said flight activity among turboprop airplanes and small, midsize and large business jets saw gains of between 4.5 and 7.2 percent from the same month a year ago.
August’s 5.2 percent increase is the largest monthly increase in business aircraft operations since May 2008.
